      The development required a layered security solution capable of adapting alongside ongoing construction works while maintaining strong out-of-hours visibility across vulnerable areas of the site.

      Viper deployed rapid deployment CCTV towers, monitored wireless CCTV systems, mobile patrol officers and perimeter warning signage across key operational zones.

      Adapting Security As The Development Evolved

      One of the biggest challenges on active residential developments is that site layouts constantly change during construction.

      As groundwork, first-fix and external works progressed, compounds moved, temporary access routes changed and vulnerable perimeter sections evolved throughout different phases of the build.

      Flexible temporary security systems were therefore required rather than permanent fixed infrastructure.

      The Security Solution

      Rapid deployment CCTV towers formed a core part of the security strategy, providing elevated monitored visibility, visible deterrence and flexible camera coverage.

      Towers were positioned around perimeter fencing, temporary compounds, welfare units, material storage areas, vulnerable scaffold sections and vehicle access routes. As the development progressed, they could be repositioned around changing operational areas.
